5 sex workers arrested for attacking man in hotel room

Inland Town Police Station in Onitsha, Anambra State, is interrogating five prostitutes for allegedly assaulting and threatening the life of a man said to be having an affair with one of them, in a hotel room.

Two human right activists are also being detained in the same police station in connection with the matter.

A blogger has claimed that she aborted her baby when she discovered it was a boy because of bad experiences with men.

In her blog, the author, known only as Lena, wrote that she found out she was pregnant in 2012 and describes the father as ‘the donator’.

Describing the pregnancy as a ‘diagnosis’ she said that she was ready to have a child.
