Controversial On Air Personality (OAP), Daddy Freeze, has slammed the Church of Salvation Ministry in Port Harcourt, for reportedly saying that the church had healed a well-known mad man in Rivers State.

Freeze, who posted a video of the man on his Instagram page, blasted the church members and their leaders, insisting that the man is back to the streets.

22-yr-old Boko Haram Commander jailed 60 years

The Federal High Court in Wawa Cantonment, Kainji, Niger State, on Tuesday sentenced a commander of the Boko Haram terrorist group, Abba Umar, to 60 years imprisonment for various acts of terrorism.
The 22-year-old, who was remorseless and maintained a hard look throughout the proceedings, confirmed  that he would return to Sambisa Forest to continue the terrorism acts if he was ever released.

Court Sentences Man To Death For Killing Wife


An Ikeja High Court on Tuesday sentenced one Katungi Phillips to death for stabbing his wife, Justina James, to death for allegedly infecting him with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).

Justice Raliatu Adebiyi, sentenced Phillips after finding him guilty of  murder.

Man storms Akwa Ibom orphanage to poison son who almost killed him in a dream


A 53-year-old Edem Okon, has been accused by Child’s Right and Rehabilitation Network, (CRARN) Children Center in Eket, Akwa Ibom State, of storming the orphanage to kill one of son taking refuge there.

In a statement released by Sam Itauma, the head of CRARN, Okon came to the orphanage with a hidden bread laced with poison made from a local berry called, Esere or Calabar beans.

NATIONAL Leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and former Interim National Chairman of the party, Chief Bisi Akande, were at the presidential villa, Abuja on Tuesday for a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari ostensibly over the crisis in the ruling party.

Speaking to journalists on Monday in Bauchi, the medical Team Leader, Dr Joseph Kigbu, said that the exercise would include minor and major surgeries.
