Woman arrested for faking pregnancy
The Lagos State Task Force on Environmental and Special Offences on Thursday in Ikeja paraded a 29-year-old woman it arrested for faking pregnancy.
The woman was arrested under the Ikeja Bridge where she had been using her“ heavy pregnancy “to deceive and solicit alms from residents.

Early Sunday morning, police came to the house (after the cut), in Brookline and arrested Samuel Okorie. He was booked on charges including rape, kidnapping and robbery.

Oscar Pistorius NOT guilty of murder
Athlete Oscar Pistorius has been cleared of the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
He was also cleared of second degree murder but faces a remaining charge of culpable homicide – the South African equivalent of manslaughter – as well as firearms offences.
Ms Steenkamp was killed at double-amputee Pistorius’ home on February 14, 2013. Pistorius, 27, said he thought his girlfriend was in his bedroom and that intruders were in his bathroom when he fired four shots.
Remy accuses Liverpool of lying over failed transfer
Chelsea’s newest striker Loic Remy has hit out at Liverpool for not signing him, accusing the Reds of dishonesty.
The Frenchman had looked all set to complete a move to Merseyside, but Liverpool pulled out of the deal at the last minute after a problem arose during Remy’s medical.
