Ashley McNeely, a former reality TV star who starred on MTV’s ‘A Shot at Love’ with Tila Tequila, was found dead on Thursday at his apartment in his hometown, Beckley, West Virginia.

Police responded to a 911 call from a woman, believed to be an acquaintance or girlfriend who alerted them of his dead body.

China’s WeChat blocked in Russia


Chinese internet giant Tencent said Saturday its messaging app WeChat had been blocked in Russia, adding it was in touch with authorities to resolve the issue.
WeChat, known as Weixin in China, is the world’s most popular messaging service, with 889 million global users by the end of 2016.
As well as messaging, it also offers payment, ride-hailing and other services, and Tencent has ambitions to spread the app beyond China.

The wife of the President, Mrs. Aisha Buhari, and the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II, on Saturday, condemned the rape of a six-month-old baby, stressing that the culprit must be made to face the music.

The infant, who is now eight months old, was allegedly violated by 30-year-old Muktakar Muhammad, assisted by his wife.

Mrs. Buhari, who paid the baby a visit at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, Kano State, described the rape case as man’s inhumanity to man.
