Missing Plane: Maldives Island Residents Report ‘Low Flying Jet’

Maldives islanders saw a “low flying jumbo jet” on the day the Malaysia Airlines plane disappeared, according to reports.
The Haveeru news website has reported that witnesses saw a plane flying low at around 6.15am on March 8.

Boy arrested for ‘wearing an expensive watch’ in London

A 16-year-old boy from Wembley claims he was called a monkey by a police officer and beaten up after he was arrested because he was wearing an expensive watch.
Daniel Davies, of Ranelagh Road, said he has lost all faith in the police following his ordeal, which saw him being locked up overnight on suspicion of handling stolen goods, before being released without charge.

A clergyman, Timothy Elugbemi, 55, drove himself to a hospital in Sango Ota, Ogun State, shouted hallelujah and died. It was gathered that the deceased was attended to by Dr. Ayo Adeoye, proprietor of Lolade Clinic and Maternity Home, where he checked in for medical attention. Confirming the incident, Dr. Adeoye said the clergyman complained of feeling unwell and was subsequently attended to.

Godwin Awogbo, an 18-year-old 300 level Social Science student of University of Cape Coast in Central region, Ghana, was brutally killed on February 20, 2014.
His lifeless body was reportedly found on the school campus with some of his internal organs gorged out, while his hands and legs were tied.

Villas-Boas named new coach of Zenit


The Portuguese coach will start work on Thursday after Zenit's Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.
