Ifeanyi Dike,who allegedly killed a little girl Victory Chiksmso for rituals in Rivers,allegedly slumped in court when he was arraigned today.

According to reports,when the charge was read to him,he made a loud noise and when the charge was repeated the fourth time, he collapsed on the floor.

The judge, Mohammed Marafa, also gave Stephen an option of N10,000 fine and warned him to desist from committing crime.

A Delta State High Court sitting in Issele-Uku has sentenced to death killers of 75-year-old Diokpa Felix Boise.

The late Boise was uncle to Minister of State for Petroleum Resources Dr. Ibe Kachikwu. Thirty-two-year-old Sunday Luka, a driver; Danjuma Kaika, 37; and Luka Agu, 33, killed the victim in his farm on June 9, 2014, and stole away his Kia Rio vehicle.

Ghana chiefs ban menstruating girls from crossing river

Traditional chiefs in central Ghana have banned menstruating girls from crossing a river.

The chiefs said they are enforcing a directive from the river god, according to a BBC report.

But children have to cross the River Ofin to get to school in Kyekyewere, in the Upper Denkyira East district.
