An Ohio man is expected to survive despite being shot 14 times.
Ricardo Meadows, 35, is in critical condition after being hit in the arms, legs and genitals but doctors said he is likely to pull through.
His girlfriend drove him to hospital in Cincinnati in time for doctors to save his life, Cincinnati.com reported.
Police later arrested a Antonio Weathington, 32, and charged him with felonious assault.
He appeared briefly before court where $1 million bond was set. A lawyer for Weathington denied he was responsible, saying it was a case of mistaken identity.
