Rapper and producer Sean 'Diddy' Combs is reverting back to making music under the name Puff Daddy for his new album.
Combs has gone by the name Diddy for almost 10 years and was known as P Diddy before that.
But it was the moniker Puff Daddy which made him famous in the 1990s, when he played a key role in launching the careers of stars including Notorious BIG and Mary J Blige.
The rap mogul announced the change after releasing a trailer for his new single, Big Homie.
The video was put on his Facebook page, which is still listed under the name Diddy.
The album, called MMM, does not have a release date yet but marks his first release since 2010's Last Train To Paris.
Combs was named the highest-earning hip hop artist of 2013, making money from his record label Bad Boy and from his Ciroc vodka range and Sean John clothing line
