This is very hilarious. Wasn't he just appointed as a minister ? So we basically have two ministers for defence. Musiliu Obanikoro is Minister of State for Defence and Gusau is Minister of Defence. the difference is beyond me.
Apparently, Obanikioro and Gusau had a heated argument in a meeting just days after their respective appointment. My question is how can Obanikoro be appointed as defence minister.... WONDERS
