Photo: Pet dog eaten in its kennel by a python

A woman in Australia left her dog chained outside the night before in his kennel, but when she went to let him off in the morning, her chihuahua was gone.


Instead she saw a 2.5 metre python curled up with a full dog sized belly and the dog's chain hanging frim its mouth.

     The distraught owner called a wildlife rescue service, who had to cut the chain to remove the snake
