A man asked a judge to force a city to allow him to legally marry his porn filled laptop computer.

Chris Sevier, 37, a U.S. Army veteran and former lawyer of Utah, claimed that he fell in love with his Apple MacBook.

On court documents, he wrote the he "prefers having sex with the computer over all other persons or things."

In his 50-page motion, Sevier explained that he attempted to get a marriage license to marry his computer, but was discriminated against when the clerk rejected his request.

Sevier also wrote that if gay couples "have the right to marry their object of sexual desire, even if they lack the corresponding sexual parts, then he should have the right to marry his preferred sexual object."

However, a judge denied his request and he has suspended his bid to marry his porn filled laptop.

Sevier has been suspended from practicing law on grounds of disability and mental health issues.

Sevier made headlines last year, when he sued Apple. In court documents, he claimed that Apple ruined his marriage after he accidentally typed F*ckbook instead of Facebook in the company's web browser, and the company’s search results showed pornographic images.

He then claimed that the innocent spelling mistake resulted in him viewing a pornographic image that "appealed to his biological sensibilities as a male and led to an unwanted addiction," which then "poisoned his life" and ruined his marriage.

"Over time, I Began preferring sex with my computer over sex with real women," Sevier wrote in the court filings.
