Tottenham are expecting to sign Red Bull Salzburg winger Sadio Mane before the transfer window shuts with his agent in England to finalise the switch.
Spurs made an £11.8million bid for Mane over the weekend and Salzburg were considering whether to accept it or not.
Mane has been left in limbo, but now the African media say the transfer now looks set to go through, with the 22-year-old’s agent in London to thrash out a contract.
It’s thought that Mane would have a medical in Austria if everything is agreed, and the move would allow Spurs to get rid of several of their out-of-favour wide players.
Aaron Lennon, a target for QPR, is expected to depart while Southampton are keen on bringing England flying Andros Townsend.
