A teacher faces jail after having sex with a student at her home after her husband had plied him with alcohol the night before.
Jessica Storer, 28, admitting sleeping with the 18-year-old after her husband Derrick, 33, had supplied him and others with alcohol.
Storer admitted to having sex with the pupil but told the hearing he was not drunk.
However, prosecutor Lily Shun said the boy had admitted to being under the influence.
The mother met the student while a substitute teacher at Pandora-Gilboa High School, Ohio, and could face up to five years in jail after pleading guilty to sexual battery last November.
As part of the plea deal at Putnam County Court six counts of giving alcohol to a minor were dismissed but she will have to register as a sex offender for life.
Storer will be sentenced after a background report is compiled on her, while her husband admits three charges of giving alcohol to a minor and faces up to six months on each count when sentenced in May.
Police Chief Scott Stant arrested Storer last December 21 after a tip-off.
The student told him he was at the teacher’s Pandora home on the evening of November 25 and spent the night there after drinking alcohol.
He had intercourse with her the next morning – and she admitted it when quizzed by Stant on December 13, said court records.
