A federal arrest warrant for production of child pornography, receipt of child pornography, and enticement was issued for Perry on March 28, 2017, in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida.
Anyone with information as to his whereabouts, or who thinks they may be a victim, is urged to call the FBI in Miami at (754) 703-2000 or your local police department.

Any parent or guardian believes their children may have had electronic/social media contact with Perry is also urged to contact the above-mentioned number and preserve such devices/communications for review by investigators.
The Palm Beach School Board Police Department, West Palm Beach Police Department, the State Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the FBI continue their investigation.
An agent will be available for sound between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. at the FBI office at the Flagler Center in West Palm Beach April 13, 2017.
