Nigeria Custom Service expose rice smuggler’s ‘innovative’ ways

Nigerian rice smugglers have invented new ways of smuggling rice which is ‘contraband’, into the country. However the Nigeria custom service have busted this new ‘invention’.

According to agency, Officers of the Ogun Area Command have made 20 seizures between 19th May to 3rd June, 2017.
