Confirming the situation, Sunny Melody said he finished his performance from his show on 22nd of September in Maryland, USA and was on his way to his hotel in the company of his promoter.
They stopped to make a call when some boys with guns attacked them. On sighting the boys, the show promoter dashed away but Sunny Melody was crossed and pinned down.
They punched and hit him with their gun after which they emptied his pocket and went with the money he got from the show and his International Passport.
The Police were contacted and the theft is currently being investigated by (Prince George’s County Division) in Hyattsville Maryland.
Sunny Melody is grateful to God for sparing his life as he was scared. He has never encountered this before.
