Mr Osarumwense Ogieva, who said he worked for eight years with Daar Communications owned by Dokpesi, stated that the company owes staff over a year in salaries, according to Sahara Reporters.
Ogieva also noted that throughout his working days with the company, a percentage of his salary was deducted monthly as pension but it neither got to the pension administer nor was it refunded
He said Dokpesi lacked the capacity to lead the party and members should therefore think twice about voting him.
Although Dokpesi has not been directly involved in the running of the company he founded for several years, he holds enormous influence over it’s current chairman, Raymond Dokpesi Jnr., his son.
Dokpesi is one of eight frontline contenders for the coveted seat.
