Suspected drug dealer refuses to poo for over 30 days

Lamarr Chambers, 24, is nearing his sixth week in custody after Essex Police arrested and detained him on January 17, according to Mirror UK.

Recent details from his appearance at Chelmsford Magistrates Court showed that there was actually a ‘reference’ to him passing stools in hospital.

Unfortunately, prosecutor Kathy Wilson said that no ‘faecal matter’ was collected, and so his case goes on.

“He did wipe his bottom and there was a stain on the toilet paper,” she said. “Had any amount of faecal matter been passed, we would not be in this position today,” she added.

His toilet strike made history on day 24 when Chambers broke the British record for spending the most days in police custody.

Officers believe that he swallowed some of the drugs before his arrest in Harlow, Essex, and they have been patiently waiting for him to finally go ever since.

But with this waiting game now in its second month, Essex Police had no choice but to request more time to detain him in court.

Chambers appeared before magistrates this week, where police applied to keep him in custody for another five days.

Chambers was even taken to special facilities at Stansted Airport to encourage him to do the deed. Defending, Andrew Horsall, said police were in the toilet with Chambers with their backs turned.

Last week, it was revealed what Chambers has been eating inside his cell. He started out eating Frosties cereal bars and as time went on, he would eat up to eight of them a day.

However, he has now swapped the bars for fruit and vegetables. And it was also revealed how Chambers ate some fish made by his mother just before he appeared before magistrates.
