Chelsea to make Fabregas bid

Chelsea are ready to join the race for Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas as the Blues look to land a world-class central midfielder.
Fabregas has been told he can leave Barca this summer for the right price, and Manchester United and Arsenal are both keen on signing him.

However, Chelsea have now emerged as a third option, with Jose Mourinho looking to add to his creative options in midfield.
He has been given the green light to spend big on at least one quality player for the engine room – and Fabregas is a top target.
Mourinho is reportedly weighing up his opening bid, but it’s thought he won’t spend more than about £25million on the Spaniard.
Chelsea look set for a busy summer with the club already agreeing to spend £32million on Diego Costa, while Remy Cabella remains a target, along with another full-back.
