Joel McDonald Files $3 Million Copyright Infringement Lawsuit Against Jay Z, Kanye West & Frank Ocean Over The Song 'Made In America'

Kanye West, Frank Ocean, Jay Z and producer/engineer Mike Dean are facing a hefty lawsuit filed by a Brooklyn, New York musician who alleges they infringed upon his copyrighted material.
Joel McDonald filed paperwork in Manhattan Supreme Court last month, alleging Jay and West's 2011 song "Made in America" featuring Ocean was originally published by him on iTunes in 2009.

According to the New York Daily News, McDonald is seeking $3 million in damages for copyright infringement.
