Juventus prepared to turn down €120 million for Paul Pogba

Juventus prepared to turn down €120 million for Paul Pogba [Sky Sports Italia]

According to Sky Sports Italia (via Football Italia) Juventus do not want to sell Paul Pogba and the player has no particular desire to leave either.
Despite many claims from the English media that Manchester United are close to agreeing a deal worth €120 million, reports from Italy suggest that the player will be at Juventus next season.

The press in England have reported that Pogba will be offered wages worth €13 million per season, over a five-year contract, if he was to join Manchester United – something Juventus cannot even attempt to compete with.
Pogba is already at the top of Bianconeri’s salary cap on €4.5 million per year and Juventus would definitely not be able to match the wage increase should Pogba request it.
However, according to Sky Sport Italia, Juventus are one of the most financially solid clubs in Italy and can afford to turn down €120m. They claim this evening that not only are Juventus in a position to reject the offer, but also that Pogba has no particular desire to leave Turin for a return to Manchester United.
Pogba left Manchester United as a free agent when his contract expired in 2012. However, since leaving Pogba has become one of the most famous players in the world and Juventus are looking to keep hold of their prize possession in the hope of eventually winning the Champions League.
