He has been embroiled in a number of lawsuits over money over in recent years despite supposedly being worth $150 million.And now Lil Wayne is reportedly being sued by American Express over unpaid debts of almost $90,000.
The credit card giants launched the action after the dinky MC failed to settle his bill for more than half a year.
According to TMZ, legal papers show the 33-year-old Got Money favourite is being sued for $86,396.75, as well as attorneys’ fees.The documents also claimed that the pint-sized star, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr, has owed money since December 2015.
