Video: Mother filmed abandoning toddler at supermarket and telling staff 'leave her'

A mother has been arrested after it was alleged that she intentionally left her daughter at a supermarket.
Chiengkham Vilaysane, also known as Cindy, is believed to have told another shopper ‘leave her’ when they tried to hand the two-year-old back to her.
She was spotted leaving the girl at Food-4-Less in Riverdale, California, on Sunday evening.

According to reports the girl wandered off while she was shopping with her mother. Vilaysane went to pay for her shopping then left without her.
The girl was found wandering alone and taken into care and later identified her mother on the CCTV as ‘mommy’
