A crazed passenger spit on a city bus driver in Brooklyn, then whacked her with his cane, police said Monday.
The rowdy rider was “acting unruly towards the other passengers” on a B25 bus just after 11:30 a.m. Aug. 9, cops said.

The 58-year-old driver asked him to leave, then pulled over near Downing and Fulton Sts. in Clinton Hill.
He spat on her as he left the bus, and she followed, to prevent him from running away.That’s when the passenger hit her in the left shoulder and hip with his cane, and ran east on Fulton St,NY Times reports.
Medics took the bus driver to Lutheran Medical Center in fair condition.
On Monday, cops released photos of the man, describing him as black, between 50 and 60 years old, 6 feet tall with a slim build, wearing a white shirt, burgundy pants and a dark cap.
Police are asking anyone with information .
