Mario Mandzukic’s agent arrives in London for Arsenal transfer talks

Mandzukic set for Arsenal transfer talks

Arsenal have been given a boost in the hunt for Mario Mandzukic after the striker’s agent arrived in London for talks over a summer transfer.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is on the lookout for a top class striker, and he is known to be a fan of Croatian international Mandzukic.

The 27-year-old, who has scored 23 goals in 36 games for Bayern Munich this season, has reportedly been told he can leave the German champions at the end of the campaign when Robert Lewandowski is due to arrive from Borussia Dortmund on a free transfer.
Real Madrid and Inter Milan are also keen on the player, but Mandzukic is believed to favour a switch to the Premier League – and his agent has arrived in England for talks with other clubs.
Reports in Germany say Arsenal officials are due to sit down to discuss a possible deal, with Arsene Wenger ready to move in to try and snap him up.
Mandzukic is rated at about £10million.
