Leicester City are to finalise the £18million signing of Ahmed Musa from CSKA Moscow after he arrived for a medical.
The deal for the 23-year-old Nigeria international will be announced at the weekend and he hopes to join up with his new team-mates for their training camp in Austria next week.
Musa will be Leicester's fourth summer signing, after Ron-Robert Zieler, Luis Hernandez and Nampalys Mendy.
The striker scored 13 goals and assisted another five for CSKA in 30 Russian Premier League appearances during the 2015-16 season - his most prolific campaign for Leonid Slutsky's side since his arrival from Dutch side VVV-Venlo in 2012.
Leicester tried and failed to sign Musa in January but have remained on his trail.
The 23-year-old has been at a CSKA training camp at an army base, 10 miles outside Moscow, and trained with his team-mates on Saturday but did not take part in a practice match against FC Yenisey Krasnoyarsk on Sunday.
Musa, who can play as a winger or a striker, has scored 54 goals in 168 games for the Russian club, making his international debut against Madagascar in September 2010.
The Nigerian has scored 11 times in 58 appearances for his country, including two goals in the Super Eagles' 3-2 defeat to Argentina at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Meanwhile, CSKA Moscow are signing Lacina Traore on loan which is accelerating Musa's move to Leicester.
