Why I want Mbappe at Arsenal – Wenger

Arsene Wenger prepares Arsenal fans for Kylian Mbappe disappointment with transfer remarks

Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, admits he is a big fan of Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe and is trying to sign him because “he’s got such a rare and immense quality at 18 years of age”.
Wenger, however, says Mbappe can have his pick of any club in the world.
The Gunners boss almost landed the player for peanuts last summer, but the Ligue 1 champions will be looking to sell him for upwards of £100million this year.
Real Madrid are favourites to sign Mbappe ahead of interest from Arsenal, Liverpool, Paris Saint Germain and both Manchester clubs.
“He’s a player who when he gets up in the morning, he can choose where he wants to go
“There’s not many with that kind of luck at 18 years of age.
“All of Europe has the red carpet rolled out for him. I believe nobody can say he is not interested in a player of that calibre because he’s got such a rare and immense quality at 18 years of age.
“All the clubs are interested in him,” Wenger said.
