Gernot Rohr revealed during the pre-match conference for the Poland friendly that his uncontested leader will not be making the party due to visa problem.

“We have a team but we need a leader and John Obi Mikel is our uncontested leader, it will be interesting to see how the other players can do without him, unfortunately, he had this visa problem in China which means he could go out but not come back so it was a problem.”

“I am sad, and frustrated, but giving my full support to the team for another WIN!.”

Mikel Obi will be missing the opportunity to link up with his former Chelsea teammates, Branislav Ivanovic and Nemanja Matic. The match will be played at The Hive, Canons Park by 8pm Nigerian time.
