Two people were on Monday, April 14, 2014 killed in an accident involving the convoy of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, and other vehicles in Kaduna.
The accident which occurred at about 10.45 a.m. today along the busy Ali Akilu road, involved a commercial bus with Kano registration number XA 863 FGE whose driver, in a bid to avoid collision with Tambuwal’s convoy which zoomed into the road from Deluxe Suites, caused other vehicles to ram into each other .
Also involved in the multiple accident was a Toyota Hiace with registration number XA 657 PAK, which rammed into a fence killing two passengers, a man and a woman.
