20 Suspected Prostitutes Aged 13 To 14 Arrested In Kano State

The Kano State Hisbah Corps has arrested 120 suspected prostitutes and drugs addicts at a recreation centre located about 21 kilometres outside Kano city.

The Corps said it made the arrests during a night raid on the Hills and Valleys Recreational Centre in a joint operation with the state office of the Nigerian Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, after receiving series of complaints from residents of Dawakin Kudu Local Government Area of the state.

A Texas lawmaker is proposing a bill that would require men to be masters of their own domain ... or be prepared to unload $100 in fines.

Jessica Farrar, a Democratic state representative, reportedly filed House Bill 4260 ... which proposes that in addition to masturbation fines it would require rectal exams before getting a vasectomy, colonoscopy or Viagra prescription.

The Peoples Democratic Party on Monday in Abuja accused the sacked national caretaker committee under the leadership of Senator Ahmed Makarfi of collecting N 50m monthly subvention from governors of the party.

It alleged that this was why the members of the committee which had been outlawed by the Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, were unwilling to let go.

Deputy Chairman of the party, Senator Cairo Ojougboh, made this allegation at a press briefing in Abuja.

Governor Fayose's Outspoken aide, Lere Olayinka has reacted to the sex scandal between Ms. Stephanie Otobo and Apostle Suleman.

In a series of rants on his facebook page, Lere said that the "Buhari Media Center" hired Stephanie to fight the cleric.

The Chief Executive Officer, Chocolate City Records, Audu Maikori, who was re-arrested in Abuja last week and was held at the Gabasawa Police Station in Kaduna State, has been granted bail after he was arraigned before a Kaduna Magistrate’s Court along Ibrahim Taiwo Road, his lawyer said Monday.

According to Premium Times, Audu's lawyer and associate, John Danfulani, said his client received the bail on “very liberal terms” on Monday afternoon.

Fadekemi Adeleye , a 39 year old woman on Monday told a Customary Court sitting in Aiyedun-Ekiti, in Ikole Local Government Area that she regretted divorcing her first husband.

Fadekemi lamented that the beating from her present husband, Adeleye Ojo, was worse than that from her former husband.

Senator Shehu Sani, representing Kaduna Central district on Monday demanded the immediate release of Chocolate city boss, Audu Maikori.

The senator described the latest arrest and incarceration of the Chocolate City boss as an affront to constitutional democracy.
