Igbo quit notice: Arewa groups president defends ultimatum,says he won't apologise


President of the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum, AYCF, Shettima Yerima, has stood by the  statement issued by the Coalition of Northern Groups on Tuesday ,asking the Igbo to leave the North.

Yerima added that he has no apology for issuing the quit notice that has received so much condemnation from all over the country.

Though Daniel has denied raping Nneka, however it was gathered that suspect reportedly committed the offence on March 19, 2017,after the complainant attended a friend’s birth day party at Thika Road Mall alongside the raped beauty queen.

The money had been recovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission from the apartment where it was kept in iron cabinets and “Ghana-must-go” bags.

Policeman shoots wife, maid, kills self in Nasarawa


Nasarawa State Police Command said on Sunday that a policeman, Sgt. Thomas Agada, had in the early hours of the day, shot and killed himself at Masaka in Karu Local Government Area of the state.

The command’s spokesman, DSP Kennedy Idirisu, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lafia that late Agada served at the Police command in the FCT, but resided at Masaka, where the incident occurred.
