People Democratic Party, PDP criticized President Buhari-led federal government for the rampant suicide mission.
The party in a statement on its official twitter handle, @OfficialPDP said: “Nigerians should hold APC Nigeria and Muhammadu Buhari government responsible for the rampant suicide and suicide attempts”.
Court dissolves marriage over incompatibility
A Jos High Court on Tuesday dissolved a four-year-old marriage over what the couple described as their “incompatibility”.
The couple, Dorcas Alimi and Akeem Alimi, residents of Jos, whose marriage on Sept. 7, 2013, told the court, via a document containing terms of out-of-court settlement, that their union had collapsed beyond redemption.

Malam Bello Umar, a resident of Gidan Haki in Sokoto North Local Government of Sokoto State, has asked his divorce-seeking wife to pay N3m for her freedom.
His wife, Aishatu Shehu, had sued Umar at the City Lower Shari’a Court, Sokoto, praying for a divorce. Aishatu, who spoke through her lawyer, Mr Abubakar Sani, told the court that her husband has no respect for her parents and other relatives.

An estranged wife, Kafilat Olapade, has approached an Agege Customary Court, Lagos to dissolve her 20-year-old marriage which had produced no child due to her husband’s low sperm count.
Thirty-seven-year-old Kafilat, a food vendor, said she married her husband, Munirudeen, traditionally in 1996 but that different tests had shown that he had a low sperm count.
She said, “What made me stop loving him was when I found out that he had been sexually abusing my sister. I confronted him and he confessed but promised not to do it again.”
Auto crash claimed Five lives in Osun
An auto crash which occurred at Asejire end of Osun on Friday killed five persons while others sustained severe injuries.
Among the dead was a journalist, Nathaniel Abimbola, working with the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC) in Osogbo. His friends said he was aged 48. He marked his birthday on 26 of February this year.
One killed, 14 wounded in Ohio nightclub shooting
One person was killed and at least 15 others injured early Sunday in a shooting at a nightclub in Cincinnati, Ohio, local media reported.
“We are in the middle of a very horrific situation that occurred at the nightclub with multiple victims,” assistant police chief Paul Neudigate said, WLWT5 News reported.
