Mad Man reportedly kill 3 Pupils, injure 5 in Borno

 A suspected lunatic has reportedly killed three pupils at a primary school in a town in Borno State. The man invaded Jaffi Primary School located at the outskirts of Kwaya, in Kwaya Kusa Loçal Government early Thursday, with a cutlass.

“He arrived the school wielding cutlass at about 8am today. He attacked the pupils and killed three of them, and injured more than five,” a security source at Kwaya Kusa said.

Matias allegedly told a security guard at the Fighiera fishing club that he cut his face by colliding with a sandbar, but after police discovered a .380 handgun inside Matias' motorboat, they tried and failed to track him down for questioning. 

Lawyer sentenced to 3 years for saying woman wearing ripped jeans should be raped

An Egyptian court has on Saturday sentenced a lawyer,  who said woman wearing ripped jeans should be raped to three years in prison, a judicial source said.

The sentence against Nabih al-Wahsh was passed in absentia as the lawyer, previously released on bail, did not attend the hearing on Saturday.

The Nigerian Navy said on Friday that it had arrested a 27-year-old man, Yohanna Ahmadu, for allegedly defrauding an applicant to the service of N50,000.
