Lamar Odom was pictured visiting his old neighbourhood in Queens on Wednesday, with a mystery lady on his arm. 

The athlete, who this week caused concern when he was reportedly removed from a flight for being sick, was seen arriving at his old basketball court with the woman while they watched the game arm-in-arm before leaving together. 
Odom was wearing a bright orange dashiki.
