Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on Tuesday sparked a frenzy on social media after he shared photos of himself seated on a chair beside the road making a phone call.
Museveni ostensibly alighted and stepped away from his convoy to make the call which he termed ‘urgent’ while his security detail remained further away from him.
The Ugandan President who was on his way from Isingiro district where he presided over the World Population Day celebrations, captioned the photos: “I stopped at Kyeirumba Village to make an urgent phone call and also had a brief chat with the residents”.
