A family was left outraged after a woman gave her teenage daughter to a man for sex.

The woman, 54, even handed the rapist a blanket so he is comfortable while raping her daughter.
Police later found the blanket at the crime scene.
The man, Hlanganani Sibanda, 40, of Tjingababili Village, appeared before judge Gideon Ruvetsa, to face a charge of rape.
Sibanda allegedly approached the victim's mother and asked to have sex with her mentally challenged daughter.
He offered to buy the mother bags of sugar as payment for sleeping with her daughter and she agreed, the court heard.
The girl usually sleeps at her aunt's home. On the day of the incident, the mother took her home saying that the teen indicated that she wanted to sleep with her mother for the night.
Sibanda returned to the woman's home at 11:00 p.m., to pick up his victim. He handed over the sugar in exchange for the girl.
The woman allegedly accompanied Sibanda and her daughter along with the blanket to a wooded area and left them there to have sex.
The next day, the victim reported the rape to her aunt and told her that her mother had facilitated the rape. The teen took her aunt to where she was raped and the blanket was still there.
The matter was reported to the police, leading to the arrest of Sibanda. Police are still investigating, but so far, the mother was not charged.
Sibanda is being held in prison without bail.
