Antonio Valencia has spoken out against David Moyes’ selection policy at Manchester United – saying the former Everton boss ‘hasn’t given him a chance’ yet.
Valencia has made 25 Premier League appearances this season, including a run of starts recently.
However, the Ecuador international remains unhappy at his level of involvement under Moyes – although he stopped short of suggesting he would leave the club
‘I would like to have more minutes, I would like to have a more important role here,’ he told the Sunday People.
‘In fact, I would have liked to have more importance inside the team.
‘But I have not been given the chance. I hope next season will be better for me as well as Man United.’
