Tottenham 'make offer for Monaco striker'

Tottenham have made an offer to Monaco to take striker Lacina Traore on-loan until the end of next season.
Traore, who moved to Monaco from Anzhi for £14million during the January transfer window, finished the campaign on-loan with Everton.

He managed one goal for the Toffees but his time was trashed by injury – and Spurs now want to offer him another shot at English football.
Monaco have already received interest from Hull City and Stoke City, along with Everton about bagging the giant front man, but Tottenham are offering a £2million loan fee.
Spurs are kicking ahead with transfer plans despite not having a manager, with technical director Franco Baldini in charge of deals.
