Arsenal have handed a professional contract to midfielder Charlie Gilmour.
The 17-year-old has been rewarded after a fine season having moved up from the club's Hale End Academy last summer.
The Scotland Under-17 international was a regular for Arsenal's Under-18 side and scored one goal in 15 appearances.
An Arsenal statement read: "Creative midfielder Charlie Gilmour has signed his first professional contract with the club.
"The 17-year-old made a strong start to life as an Arsenal scholar after graduating from Hale End in the summer of 2015.
"He made 15 under-18 appearances and scored his first goal for our academy last term.
