Man vows to sue woman for texting throughout their cinema date

A man is suing a woman he took out on a date.Brandon wants his "date from hell" pay every dime he spent or face the long arm of the law .

He is actually suing  the unnamed woman was texting throughout their cinema trip to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Brandon told the Austin Statesman that not only was his date texting throughout the duration of the film but she also "activated her phone at least 10-20 times in 15 minutes to read and send text messages.

When Brandon asked her to stop and suggested she go outside if she wanted to continue texting his date left the cinema and drove away.
