A member of the dreaded Badoo Cult group which has terrorized residents of Ikorodu area of Lagos, was apprehended yesterday June 30th in the area.
The man was lynched by Ikorodu residents, after he couldn’t defend himself when asked few questions after found wandering around Obafemi Awolowo Road, before Government Technical College, Ikorodu with a Cutlass and a Bag full of waste.
According to eyewitnesses, he claimed he was a farmer, and that all his family members were dead. He would have however been beaten to death, but for the intervention of elders in the community who advised the youths to him him over to the police at the Igbogbo Police station where he is currently being interrogated.
