A former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has filed a N10bn lawsuit against Sahara Reporters. The lawsuit came days after Sahara Reporters alleged in a report that Fani-Kayode, had thrown his wife out of their matrimonial home after discovering she was pregnant for another man. They also claimed he battered her in the process.
According to a letter dated January 6, signed by Wale Balogun (Esq), addressed to the Publisher of Sahara Reporters, Mr Omoyele Sowore and shared with ALEDEH, Fani-Kayode is suing Sahara Reporters for slander, falsehood and defamation of himself and his immediate family.
