Kristin Holmes, 26, of Chesterfield, VA, was arrested for posting a photo of herself aiming a gun at the camera after being mistaken for another woman during a Facebook feud. The photo was captioned, "I'll post a few actual pics of me so you know the difference when you 'come find me.'"

Another Facebook Lover Dies In Lagos

Another Facebook lover has died in Lagos a few years after Cynthia Osokogwu, the daughter of a retired miliitary officer, was allegedly lured to Lagos by her Facebook lover, drugged, raped and murdered in Festac Town.
The latest victim, identfied as Adekemi Faboro, who teaches at a private nursery and primary school, in Ojota,died in Ogba area of Lagos last weekend while on a date with her married Facebook lover, Christopher Ezekiel, for the first time.

A wanted man has been arrested after he taunted police on a Facebook appeal.
Samuel Evan Lake commented on a picture of himself that was posted by Christchurch Police services saying ‘I need to get a new mugshot’.

Zuckerberg  pledges $25 million to help fight Ebola

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has pledged $25 million (£15.7m) to help fight Ebola.
He and his wife, Priscilla Chan, are donating the sum to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Foundation and it will be used to fight the virus in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone and elsewhere in the world where Ebola is a threat.

Facebook goes down worldwide, internet has meltdown

Facebook went down briefly this morning with an error message on the site sending the internet into complete meltdown.
The site is running again as normal after sending many internet users into a blind panic, with many taking to Twitter to let everyone else know it was down.

Mark Zuckerberg Summoned to Court in Iran

A judge in Iran has ordered founder and CEO of social networking site Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg to answer to complaints that WhatsApp and Instagram violate users’ privacy.
Both WhatsApp and Instagram are owned by Facebook.
According to Sky News, an official with the paramilitary has ordered that two services be blocked.
Reports say Zuckerberg will not appear in court because the US and Iran do not have an extradition treaty.

Girl of 13 kills herself after mother's Facebook ban

A teenage girl hanged herself because her mother demanded that she remove herself from Facebook.
Aditi Gupta, 13, was so upset by her mother Mohana berating her for spending too much time chatting with her friends, she committed suicide in her bedroom.
