Nicolas Anelka urges Pogba to join Blues

Former Chelsea striker urges Pogba to join Blues

Former Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka has urged countryman Paul Pogba to strongly consider a move to Stamford Bridge, despite interest from Manchester United.
The French international left Old Trafford for Juventus in 2012 but following his performances for the Old Lady, United bosses are said to be keen to bring him back to the Premier League.

However, they’re not the only club interested in a move, with Chelsea, Manchester City and Real Madrid all keeping close tabs on the situation.
But former Chelsea man Anelka believes Stamford Bridge would be the best destination for the midfielder.
‘Paul technically knows everything and he has the qualities to play anywhere,’ Anelka told France Football.
‘My preference is for him to join Chelsea, who have very strong players and the financial power of [Roman] Abramovich.
‘Also Real Madrid, who are one of the biggest clubs in the world, if not the greatest. He would grow a lot under Carlo Ancelotti.’
