Podolski confirms whether he will return to Arsenal next season

Lukas Podolski has revealed he is likely to return to Arsenal from his loan spell at Inter Milan in the summer, and also denied he left north London on bad terms with his parent club.
Podolski completed a six-month move from the Gunners to the Serie A side in January before the 29-year-old took a parting shot at Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger, when he claimed the French coach had shown him a lack of respect.

Podolski, however, has now admitted he expects to return to Arsenal when his loan deal at the San Siro expires at the end of the season before insisting he never had any problems with Wenger.
‘As things stand now, I will return to London in the summer,’ ESPN quoted the Germany World Cup winner as having told Kicker.
‘There will be talks in March or April because the season ends in May.
‘I had a great time in London, even though the last half-year wasn’t satisfying from a sporting perspective.
‘But it’s a fact that I never had problems there neither with the club, nor with Arsene Wenger, or even the fans. All I bemoaned was that once the move was sealed there were no farewell words from the club.
‘But in spite of that I had two-and-a-half nice years, from a sporting and from a personal perspective.
‘I am proud to have ended Arsenal’s trophy drought with my goals in the FA Cup and to have won this trophy as a German in England.’
