Gaston del Castillo, Sergio Aguero’s brother, will be playing in Serie A next season with newly promoted Crotone.
The Italian club are preparing for their first campaign in the top flight and have managed to sign Gaston on a loan deal from Independiente.
The 19-year-old forward made his debut for the Argentine club in April but has found his first-team opportunities restricted under coach Gabriel Milito.
“Gaby Milito did not assure him of a place. I don't think Independiente are giving young players a chance,” said Gaston’s father.
“I do not blame the coach because there are many players in the team that are good. I just think the club does not give opportunity to many kids, not only my son.”
