Former Super Eagles striker, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, has joined National League club, Boreham Wood, on trial.
The 33-year-old failed to score in their 5-0 loss to Reading, in a pre-season friendly on Saturday.
It was Boreham’s first pre-season game and Aiyegbeni started the match, but was substituted in the 60th minute.
Aiyegbeni has previously played for Everton, Middlesbrough, Portsmouth and Reading in England.
