Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has said there will be changes at the club next season.
Guardiola will finish this campaign trophyless – the first time it is happening in his managerial career. But the former Bayern Munich and Barcelona boss is eager to start rebuilding ahead of next term.
The Spaniard is thought to be eyeing at least five new players.
Alexis Sanchez, Kyle Walker and Virgil van Dijk are his top targets, while Pablo Zabaleta, Joe Hart and Jesus Navas are expected to leave.
Guardiola says he has assessed who should stay and who should go.
“I know about my players,” he said.
“I learnt a lot about what we have to do to make these players better and win the games.
“We are going to make changes, but a lot of players are going to remain.”
