4 Internet fraudsters arrested by EFCC

EFCC arraigned 4 internet fraudsters popularly called Yahoo Yahoo and have arraigned the boys. The suspects, Shiko Romeo, Bobby Edigiu, Henry Nisike and Emmanuel Ayo, were nabbed by officers of the Nigeria Police on suspicion of being involved in internet fraud. ‎

Investigations by EFCC led them to discover several documents on the laptops of the suspect who have since confessed to the confessed to their involvement in internet fraud using fake identification on Facebook in their attempt to defraud unsuspecting victims especially European and American women.

 Romeo, who claims to be a student of National Open University, NOUN, confessed to having scammed two women,Zamaripas and Susan unaccountable amount of cash in a false romantic relationship gimmick.

The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
