Video: 21-Year Old Rapper Rymir Satterthwaite Claims Jay Z Is His Dad

A 21-year old rapper from New Jersey is trying to prove that Jay Z is his dad. 

Rymir Satterthwaite's Godmother, Lillie Coley, filed filed a paternity suit in a New Jersey civil court in December 2014, seeking a DNA test from Jay, real name Shawn Carter, to determine if he's Rymir's dad.

The rap impresario has long been associated with Armand de Brignac — the Champagne known as “Ace of Spades,’’ due to its distinctive insignia — and now he owns it.

Or at least he owns an indeterminate chunk of the brand produced by Champagne Cattier, a French vintner since 1763, as details released on the deal on Wednesday were murky.

Kanye West, Frank Ocean, Jay Z and producer/engineer Mike Dean are facing a hefty lawsuit filed by a Brooklyn, New York musician who alleges they infringed upon his copyrighted material.

Joel McDonald filed paperwork in Manhattan Supreme Court last month, alleging Jay and West's 2011 song "Made in America" featuring Ocean was originally published by him on iTunes in 2009.

Beyoncé, Jay Z , & Solange Release Official Statement Addressing Elevator Fight

The statement reads:

“As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident. But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it,” an exclusive statement to The Associated Press said Thursday. “Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family.
The reports of Solange being intoxicated or displaying erratic behavior throughout that evening are simply false,” the statement continued. “At the end of the day families have problems and we’re no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.”

The New York Daily News is reporting that sources who attended the Met Gala after party witnessed the Jigga Man refuse to get Solange's non-famous friends in the party who name dropped him at the door.
